Your meeting notes sent to Salesforce
When you are meeting with a lot of clients, it’s helpful to keep three main pieces of information connected: the meeting itself (the calendar event), the notes, and the customer profile in your CRM.
Keep everything aligned by connecting your meeting notes with your calendar in Fellow and then sending the notes over to the customer’s Salesforce profile. You’ll maintain an accurate record of what was discussed.
Clearly record actions taken
If you are in charge of a lot of customer accounts, it can be challenging to remember which account needs what done and by when.
Connect Fellow + Salesforce, so those action items brought up during your customer calls are documented in the meeting notes and recorded on their Salesforce profile.
This makes it easy to prepare for follow-up calls by reviewing what you discussed last time. Impress your customers with your record-keeping!
Keep client information on hand
It’s a terrible feeling to be caught off guard when talking to prospects just because you forgot to write something down.
Remove that stressor with Fellow’s Salesforce integration. Relevant information from Salesforce will show up in a convenient side panel right beside your meeting note, meaning you’ll never forget the who, what, where, when, or why.
